VLV July Week 3 & Curtain Call - Thank You

Love these sketches and so happy to be able to join for week 3 over at the Viva La Verve sketch challenge. Plus another chance to join the Diva Dare Challenge and Curtain Call challenge with anything goes. Here I was able to play with some new items I purchased awhile back and just now pulled them out.

Here is my card:
Here is some cute DSP from SU called: Fresh Prints and I must say it's one of my favorites after looking at all of the designs in the little book plus I got a chance to play with Verve's stamp set: Lean on Me. For the circle, I pulled out my Stitched Circle Stax from MFT and added this cute sentiment.

Here I colored with my copics pens since I went crazy and purchase several colors. For the reds, I used: R22, R24, R29 and for the blue I used: BG000, BG11, BG13 and for the yellow Y11, Y15 and added some glitter on top. Also, added some burlap ribbon across.

Here is the inside
Please make sure to stop over at the challenge sites as they have talented design teams which always have beautiful cards and terrific inspiration.

July Diva Dare & Curtain Call - Birthday Wishes

Spent a few weeks on organizing my supplies, colors, stamps, and dies and finally back to making some cards. This one is for the July Diva Dare and the Curtain Call challenge which is celebrating their 1 year anniversary and the challenge is Anything Goes

Here is my card:
The Diva Dare challenge this month is to create a stamped card and continue the design on the inside for a special surprise for the recipient.  Simply carry over some portion of the card front design on to the inside of your card.

Picked up some of my favorite DSP paper: Gingham Garden and one of my favorite Verve stamp sets: Surely Goodness for the flower and sentiment. Also used the Mini Classy Label from the stamp set Borderline and than added the sentiment.

To continue on the inside, I stamped the flower using Daffodil Delight and than used the Island Indigo for the sentiment on top. The key with any challenge is to have fun, so make sure to stop over at the Curtain Call challenge and the Diva Dare if you haven't yet.
