Happy Birthday to Someone Special

I'm back today with another birthday card to celebrate and wish one of my instagram friends Payel (beau_monde_designs) over at Beau Monde Designs a wonderful birthday and hope she enjoys each day all year round.

She is super sweet and always so helpful aside from creating beautiful cards, so I wanted to create something special. Also, joining over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge with  "Anything Goes" and Seize the Birthday where they have a topper of: Pocket card, but as always you can stick with "Anything Goes".
Here is my card:
Lately, I've been enjoying blending colors or should we say "practicing blending colors" and creating backgrounds with my mini blending tool. Therefore, I started off with creating a colorful background using some Simon Says Stampinks along with using the negative portion of a scallop border.

I figured it's a good way to test out new ink colors I have and see what results I get. From the bottom up, I started with Duckling and than moved up to Green Apple, Scuba, High Dive, Hot Mama, and than went and grabbed  one mini distress ink (Spiced Marmalade) to finish the rainbow look.
Next, went on to create this clear shaker using the new "Large Party Circle Wafer Die" (SSS) which I love the font and size, Added a combination of seed beads, both sparkling clear and silver shimmer along with 4m and 6m sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

This sentiment is from the Happy and Smile set which I embossed using white powder from Ranger. As always, if you haven't checked out the challenge, please stop over to check out all the inspiration.
