Warm Winter Wishes with Reindeers and Penguins

Starting off this Monday with a new challenge over at the Lawnscaping Challenge #113 of using texture on your cards along with joining over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge with "Make it Colorful" .

Recently got this cute stamp set called: Toboggan Together and excited to color this cute little reindeer and penguin and create my first Christmas card of this year!
Here is my card:
Once again started with my Blueprints 20 using Electric Red for the scallop base. Than, I die cut the stitched rectangle from the Let's Bokeh in the Snow paper pad from Lawn Fawn. where I than added some texture paste using the falling snow stencil (SSS) on top of the print. Since I wanted to add a little solid blue, I cut out another rectangle to mat behind using Sno Cone cardstock.

Next, I die cut some cloud borders using the Stitched Borders 2 from Pretty Pink Posh and added more texture paste on that as well and pieced it all together before moving onto the shaker element.

For the shaker element, I used the Stitched Duo 3 from Pretty Pink Posh and cut the window out to create an open scene.
Here is the die itselft which includes the window look, so I snipped off just the window as in the picture below which left me an open square.
To create the scene inside the shaker card, I die cut another Stitched Duo 3 panel using white cardstock and stamped the trees using Jellybean ink along with adding 2 more stitched clouds. Colored the reindeer and penguin using my copic markers. For the sky in the scene, I used my B0000 marker and added some snow by using the falling snow stencil again.
Added several sequins colors: Raspberry, Marshmellow, Mossy Green, Sparkling Clear, and some seed beads in Raspberry. Once the shaker element was all put together, I added it on top of the card where I aligned it with the clouds dies that was already pieced together.

Last but not least, I added some ribbon on top and added a basic pearl to finish off the card. As always, if you haven't checked out the challenge, please stop over to check out all the inspiration.
